a little more about me…
On my days off, you might catch me outdoors. I love going on walks, especially for leaf-peeping, photo ops, and for social connection. I enjoy running in the outdoors, year round. Yoga, from purely the body-based health benefits of movement, but also the cultivation of the mind-body connection, the breath work, and the exploration of self and universe, is something I love to practice.
I am a learner by nature. Find me diving into random topics, and also work-related ones. Some interests overlap with mental health: nutrition and food as medicine as well as overall health and wellness. I purchase more therapy-related books than I can keep up with. I also love fiction. The first three books of Mistborn are some of my faves.
I love traveling and wholeheartedly believe in conscientious travel that considers how to be a good guest, what I can learn from new places and cultures, and taking in a local experience, when possible. I still very much appreciate the sites, too. I have been to Iceland, Italy, England, Portugal, Germany, Czech Republic, Turkey, Thailand, Mexico and Canada. I have traveled many states across the US and made shorter and longer stops in various places and for various reasons.
My clients appreciate my insight and questions. I seek to balance offering support with challenge for growth. I am honored to cultivate a safe space to help clients on their journey of wellness.
